Clients who are unsure if they have out-of-network benefits are encouraged to call the "member services" phone number on the back of their insurance card.
If you know how to check your benefits online, you can also sign into your account through your insurance's website and check your out-of-network benefits that way.
If you decide to contact the "member services" phone number on the back of your insurance card, ask what your mental health out-of-network benefits are for your specific plan.
Authentic Life Counseling automatically provides each client with a bill at the beginning of every month containing the required codes should the client choose to submit for reimbursement through their insurance company.
